What is Asia Illustration Collections:
The Asia Illustrations Annual Awards started at 2015, it held every year all over Asia and has grown into an enormous event in the illustration industry. It is a grand spectacle that has been receiving superb reviews all around the world.
Purpose:
The Asia Illustrations Annual Awards is a project to create overseas culture, operated by the Asia Illustrations Association.
Starting in 2015, we have enlisted illustrations from many countries around the world every year. Over 250 creators have represented their distinct countries and their unique cultures and the project itself has spanned 1250 works.
Artwork from over 10 countries, including Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, will be shown at the Asia Illustrations Annual Awards.
As part of the project, winning entries of the Asia Illustrations Annual Awards will be published in the Asia Illustrations Collections which is circulated every year.
The Asia Illustrations Collections is viewed by famous professionals in each field and industry, so it is a great opportunity for illustrators.
How It Works:

Q1. Does my face have to be in the photo?
A: We would prefer it if your face were in the photo. If for some reason, you are unable to have your face in the picture, then please at least have a part of your body in it e.g. your hands, head, etc.
Q2. Do I use my real name or my nickname for the Asia Illustrations Collections?
A: You can choose whether you want to use your real name or nickname on the form.
Q3. What happens if I win, but the size of my original work doesn't adhere to the designated requirements (72.5 x 60.5 cm)?
A: If it doesn't fit our guidelines, then send in the original at its maximum size and at a resolution of 300 dpi (JPG).
Q4. Is the entry fee compulsory? What will it be used for?
A: It will be used for the project.

A: Yes, you may. Scan it and convert it to a digital file. Then enter it in the form.

Term & Regulation:
1. The contest is open to all illustrator.
2. Non-commercial art piece (Not used for any commercial CM or usage)
3. All nominated winner agrees Asia Illustrations Collections to use the art piece for Asia Illustrations Collections publishing and other related promotion, such as exhibition, PR activities, and media.
4. Asia Illustrations Collections organizing committee has right of the final decision for text editing, layout & composition, page order, and truncation….etc.
5. Asia Illustrations Collections Organizing committee has right of final decision of publishing and exhibition region, date & time.
6. The applicant must provide correct and real personal information; use of any forged information will result canceling nomination without any reason.
7. The applicant acknowledges that the art piece is his/her own creation, and following regulations of copyright laws. If any violation of copyright occurred, the applicant will be responsible for any legal consequences; the Asia Illustrations Collections organizers will not hold any responsibilities regarding copyright dispute.
8. The applicant has the right to his/her artworks. However, the applicant agrees that the organizers reserve the right to use the artwork in any domestically and internationally advertisement and/or promotion material and/or on Asia Illustrations Collections exhibition, website and social network without prior notice, or otherwise engage the applicant in any form of publicity for Asia Illustrations Collections.
9. After nomination, the applicant has the right to his/her works. However, the applicant shall not use the nominated graphic to produce publication/merchandise/sales/exhibition under the name of “Asia Illustrations Collections” without prior notice by the Organizer.
10. The works created by the applicant should not be violent, sexual, Offenses Affecting Public Order, Health, and Morals
11. Evaluation of works in will be carried by 5 professionals & Asia Illustrations Collections Organizing committee.
12. Asia Illustrations Collections reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the campaign for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
13. Asia Illustrations Collections reserves the right to disqualify of the applicant who failed to meet the conditions from winning without any reason.
14. Personal information collected from the applicant by the organizers will be used for the evaluation of the works, identity check, project related contact, relative errands.
15. Applicants disagree with information use may subject to have nomination canceled.
16. Personal information collected from the applicant by the organizers will be used for promoting illustration with various commercial cooperation, invitational events, providing resource… etc., the organizer can use such information for contact or email purpose.
17. The applicant agreed to all the rules and requirements in this guideline for the application.
18. Asia Illustrations Collections reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its discretion without prior notice.
